    Nope - subjective as I stated - it may be that they carry it out "in-house"

    As for third parties - if used, they will have binding agreements with their clients (the banks) and will be acting on behalf and as a representative of said bank. Their responsibilities will be no different and will be for the good of and protection of the bank and their business. In this sense, for all intents and purposes, any dealing with the third party is effectively a dealing with the bank
