Or you could go by the actual court documents before SCOTUS but that amazingly does seem to be too much of a stretch for you.

SCOTUS have an actual claim to assess. I'm more concerned with that that TDS-afflicted fantasies.

You TDS-afflicted can argue toss about hypothetical absolute immunity for everthing, ever but that's up to you.

That's not what SCOTUS will be addressing.
