It's not that his opinion is wrong he just doesn't go into the detail, the Judge made two separate statements on the matter.

Heres a CNN report on the what the Judge said....

' Judge Andrea Bouressa, who presides in Texas’ 471st District Court, said the commission had not met its burden in proving that Powell had run afoul of Texas’ attorney code of conduct.
The judge also knocked the commission for not properly labeling its exhibits in its filing, leading her to only consider two of the exhibits the commission had filed.'

The court had considered the so called evidence or 'exhibits' that the commission presented and considered the two valid ones, the other exhibits or evidence weren't evidence and never have been because the Bar failed to cite and identify it, you call this failure to cite and identify 'mislabeling'.

The Trial court did the same thing, they also declined to consider 'evidence' that the Bar had failed to cite and identify.

This case has been going on years Curious and they still couldn't correct a label or cite or identify the so called evidence and one has to cite and identify evidence to ensure it's factual for the court, this is basic process yet the witch hunt can't deliver after 3 yrs or more.

And if you don't know what a citation is, it's a reference to a source of the evidence or to identify a source. This is important to do when presenting 'evidence' for a court to consider as it stops courts considering so called 'evidence' that is just made up out of fresh air.
