You are missing the point, as per noddan's post which shows that Criminal Defendant Trump is all over the shop when it comes to abortion. He is like a driver on a crowed freeway changing lanes to get the best run then changing lanes again and again when when the lane he is in doesn't look so favourable. So you are in favour of upholding the constitution, did you miss the bit about the peaceful transfer of power ? You wrote "a President can't over-rule Constitutional Law, they shouldn't even try either imo as they take an oath to uphold the Constitution." yet that is exactly what Criminal Defendant Trump did Criminal Defendant Trump refused to accept the result of the election, he had every opportunity to challenge the result legally as he did. But come safe harbour day the result is final, yet Criminal Defendant Trump continued to try over turn the election result by illegal means and prevent the peaceful transfer of power. It is for that that Criminal Defendant Trump got an indictment and is claiming he has immunity, funny that he is not claiming that he innocent of committed crimes but instead claiming he has immunity from prosecution Yet again showing you are part of a cult that worships Criminal Defendant Trump"Cult members will staunchly defend their leader even when his or her crimes are exposed”

I think you'll find most of what you mention there is before the courts and has not yet been determined or ruled on and finalised yet. I thought there was a peaceful transfer of power, a bit of a riot but nothing like some of the black lives matter riots where they burn't everything down. Trump is well within his rights to not accept the election result, i don't have much faith in it either.
