If you truly can't see that removing the POTUS freedom to act would hamstring every POTUS and invite a repeat after every Admin...you're clueless and have no real grasp of the decisions that need to be made by the CiC without worrying if some TDS suffering armchair quarterback is going to haul him off to court.
So if he was guilty of a crime then so too was Obama...so too is Biden...so too was Clinton
