The Fed govt has no legislative role in a thing like abortion.

Again...I'm against abortion but I also believe that the voters get to make the state's laws..not the Feds

And only a twisted leftist mind would see by removing it from the Fed's sphere and returning it back to the place where the will of the state's voters reign supreme is a "destruction of democracy" like the dems want the feeble-minded to believe.

Not everything is manifestly stated in the C hence the role of the SCOTUS is as it is. We fully accept the POTUS enjoys ABSOLUTE immunity in civil issues...the issue here is the criminal allegation. So even if not in the C we've fully accepted that thru SCOTUS absolute immunity is granted even if it isn't in the C.

Not entirely sure why the SCOTUS have not definitively ruled on this over the many decades of possible issue but likely because its never been made so obvious that one side was using it as a weapon vs an ex-potus.

Which brings us full circle to just how the DoJ has been weaponised vs DT.
