    Well, a few observations
What were the circs and cases in which he took the 5th? I'm betting all the chips if it did occur, it was in a civil matter. Im also betting althoug this is an aside, the "400 times" is sort of like the, "He lied 46,567 times as POTUS" bullshit the left trots out.

The other more salient pt is ...as a private bloke...that's one thing
But as a public servant...that's a whole other thing
We pay the man his wage...we deserve...we have a right...to know if he broke the law in our employ
We don't have right to know that about a private citizen

And particularly if the public servant was acting on a political agenda.
And perhaps, moreso...if he is a law man...we MUST know if he's broken the law

So its ain't apples and apples, is it?

See... if DT is taking the 5th, we, as the observers, can have our own response based on our political lean.

But when we see a prosecutor...a DA... a law enforcer... taking the 5th... ALL of us should feel the same. Suspicion and demand to hold him to account.

I mean wouldn't you want the man to be held to a higher standard than DT if you were the defendant and he did something untoward to gain a prosecution against you?
