yeah I would not bet on Trump going to jail but if I was a betting man I would bet on a conviction.
Not sure Biden would pardon Trump, history suggests Nixon should not have been pardoned. Trump is not going to win in 2024 so no self pardon even if he could give himself a self pardon.
Trump's best bet is to end his run for president and throw his support and that of his supporters behind some one who would be willing to pardon him. But he can't get a pardon for the Georgia crimes and that maybe his motive to stay in the race
