Well those institutional heads of property should have issue with the Palm Beach County tax assessor's. The judge used their valuation based on the annual net operating income as a club that Mar-a-Lago generates.

This is how social clubs are valued in Palm Beach. Mar-a-Lago is a social club and can only be a social club.

Some here don't understand commercial real estate at all.

Commercial is valued differently to residential, Mar-A-Lago as a commercial property with its' caveats is worth less than residential properties in the same area.
