The immunity hearing by the SCOTUS is a TBA. If you suggest that any of the justices believe in blanket immunity then you're being counterfactual to each of their statements. Rather than want to draw out the distinction between official acts and private acts. Admittedly his win can be seen from the perspective they refused to engage in the facts and appear to be willing to play along with his legal delay tactics. That does not mean he is granted immunity rather has the chance to sink the case if re-elected.
What are your thoughts if he doesn't win? Do these same justices then start to act like the rest of Trump's team and defect? Should make for some very interesting times ahead irrespective of the election rest
