Why wouldn't the Bar refile the case competently ?
Well my view and/or assumption is they can't refile it competently as they have to cite or identify the exhibits to court standards to be classed as evidence thus theres no point re-filing. My assumption comes from the fact that citing evidence is a very basic and well understood court procedure and their failure to cite makes me think it's probable that they actually can't cite the so called evidence plus the Bar also asked the judge to consider the un-citied evidence and basically ignore normal court process in the case which to my mind seems a bit desperate.
It all makes anti-Trump headlines for political purposes though.
As always, time will tell if a re-file with the exhibits cited happens, i just give you my best guess.
I see you haven't given your opinion on a possible re-file, do you think they will re-file competently?
