yep, I've been to areas of Baltimore and also Philadelphia that are very run down, slummy ... parts of NY too ... very dangerous to live in such parts I suspect ... the political representatives of such areas should, as Trump indicates, DO something about their constituencies instead of wallowing in the luxury of high-end DC ...
