1999 , rats, people walking around looking like Zombies. Things have only got worse. I guess we should thank Cummings as we live in Australia.. They made a great Series about Baltimore called The Wire. What a great show and it ended the way it started, NOTHING HAD CHANGED. Crooked cops , drugs , murders.... Cummings may be a character in The Wire have to watch it again.
