Strange times indeed. The big players are clutching at straws trying by all means to find a solution to their individual oil crisis. This is a time for real leadership from countries such as America, Russia and Saudi Arabia to step up to the task of bringing stability to the oil market that plays such an important role in world affairs. I'm unsure that they are capable of doing that.
