Over turning the election could have been underway, that was a good no-nonsense judge on that one, make no sense that SCOTUS took up the immunity issue. Hard to see that trial get underway before the election.

Georgia case is a good one that may yet get going before the election, bonus for this one is that he can't get a pardon
