There is almost zero chance that the next 2 state based court appeals will overturn given they need to reference the evidence itself. His only chance will be if the SCOTUS agrees to hear the case post this 2 failed appeals, at which point they may reinterpreted the Constitution and in particular whether his 6th amendment has been broken and ignore the surrounding facts. He will be a good chance of getting his 3 wise men to back him in here.

The problem for you and the MAGA is that he may get jail time, GOP may splinter further off the back of this chaos or he simply loses in Nov due to record vote turnout. The more people voting the more likely he is to lose.
