Ohhhh...I gotta solution to the majority of gun violence and its disarm the blacks who own illegal guns.

So suppose...just suppose we somehow got the suicide rate down and the black-on-black crime down to below the staggeringly high levels they now are and got rid of the illegal guns....how big of a gun violence issue would the US have?

And again like I posed to @Denial seeing the VAST overwhelming max majority of the murder by guns are NOT by legal owners...why then is all the focus on the...legal owners????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Aand tell me what law we could pass that the illegal gun holders would NOT break on their way to using the illegal gun to commit a crime or murder?
