Ohhhh...I gotta solution to the majority of gun violence and its disarm the blacks who own illegal guns.

So suppose...just suppose we somehow got the suicide rate down and the black-on-black crime down to below the staggeringly high levels they now are and got rid of the illegal guns....how big of a gun violence issue would the US have?

Aand tell me what law we could pass that the illegal gun holders would NOT break on their way to using the illegal gun to commit a crime or murder?
