Well we only found out right at the end of the trial what the possible predicate crime might be and one included a tax offense and there wasn't a skerrick of evidence run on that point

And then...the jury was told they DIDNT have to be unanimous on deciding WHICH OF THE THREE were presented
Thats just absurd

But not to these sorts
