It would appear Biden had difficulties finding his teleprompter and reading off it. In fact he has difficulties getting to the stage, stay there without falling off and leaving for the exit. I have not known any other figurehead POTUS. And his no.2 Blinken is a Zionist first and American second. Kinda like Biden, WH is actually in Tel Aviv.
