He's suing Cohen for $74,000 he paid to him as "business expenditure" plus $500 million damages.

Some of the claims seem to have conflicting time lines:

• The alleged incidents occurred before Trump moved to Florida when both were resident in NYC but Trump filed the case in Florida
• Trump alleges Cohen breached his duties as a lawyer with published statements that were made after Cohen was disbarred.
