Think about it some more.
The Grand Jury and prosecutors would know that commentators , such a those on the Fox side of the Media, would try to pull apart any attempt at a low proof case. They would, rightly , get hammered by the press as being partisan.
They know that this case has to be a proven beyond reasonable doubt because of its import.
We do not know the grounds for the charges yet.
Until that time everything is speculation.
