Trump Indicted, page-351

I have read reporting that the Secret Service have been planing for weeks on how they would handle this so I would think the delay is more of Trump's making ie could have been Monday

Trump would be planning how to make the best of this, there was talk considered it might be favourable for him to do the perp walk and possible hand cuffs

Will be interesting to see what conditions the Judge places of Trump's release and I wonder if his SS detail have been given order to make sure he doesn't do a runner
