Dementia patients would find it very difficult to address crowds of thousands for hours at a time....It is quite clear to all inhabitants of earth who has dementia and who hasn't, soon Biden's mind and speech will disconnect, he will know what he wants to say but wont be able to turn those thoughts into words.
