In court its not what you know to be true its what you can prove.
There is an endless list of people who got off in court or won a case and everyone knows the above adage rang true
Believe what you bloody well please..we all know what we saw and hopefully the GOP is up to speed to stop the cheating, the fraud and the illegality
Like even the Dems have said about Joe.."It looks bad. It smells bad but where's the proof? Does that mean he isn't guilty of something? Maybe not in court - yet...but in the court of public opinion...these already been found guilty
