    States already have their Dpt...the Fed dpt is utterly useless and extraordinarily wasteful and totally ineffective

    Whats the rationale to keep it if every metric it was designed to improve has either stagnated or reversed in the 40 years its been around

    Only those who want bigger and more cumbersome Gvt would think its wise to keep it
