You've just reminded me of how Tony Abbott declared that he would 'SHIRTFRONT' Vladimir Putin but when push came to shove the two instead nursed koalas for a delightful photo opp.
After Abbott squibbed it, the task of 'shirtfronting' Putin fell to no less than a woman - Julie Bishop!
It's already common knowledge that Trump is Putin's 'plaything'. As demonstrated by Julie Bishop, Kamala Harris is a very different kettle of fish to Trump with the intellect, the articulation and backbone to take a stand against Trump-like old white male bully-boy tyranny.
