Hi TonEdi, I believe in America they do have the "right" it's protected by their constitution, much like they have the "right" to bear arms.
However I may be wrong on that and happy for someone like @Osi to clarify on the right of free speech and assembly in the United States.
It is this "right" or entitlement that is at the heart of the issue and how much of this right people are willing to give away by setting a precedent.
Does someone's belief that Trump is wrong on election result mean that Trump cannot be of that opinion or express it?
