    Indeed it is.

    However, it is very far from what Trump was expecting of them.

    Trump figured his judicial appointees "owed him". That they have almost all acted as impartial judges applying the law is almost certainly distressing to Trump.

    He has even expressed his anger and disappointment at the SCOTUS justices he appointed. All because they impartially applied the law.
