You don't seem to be a naive person, yet you seem to be playing the naive card.
Just because Trump didn't make specific calls for violence, he knew full well that his carefully veiled dog whistling would be taken as just that by his more crazed fans.
He told them to come to the protest, promising it would be "wild".
Then stoked their hate with more lies.
Then told them exactly where to go to vent their violent hatred.
