1. Say you have a house worth a mill
2. Ya want to use the equity in your home to buy another property.
3. You go to the bank and tell them you think your home is worth 2 mill
4. They come out an value it at what ever they want and agree to give you the loan
5. You repay it on time with all interest.
6. The banks are happy and offer you another facility
7. Eight years later...you get charged for fraud.

That is this case and you think that's a criminal charge of fraud???
