The Parnell & Kelly case to the Supreme Court remains alive because it wasn't dismissed instead a requested injunction was not granted. It appears this case along with the case/s filed by the states to the Supreme Court may be combined and fought on constitutional grounds.
In addition to the Supreme Court cases/s there remains the alleged fraud cases being raised by Sidney Powell. No doubt she will be building her case by gathering further evidence.
Also don't forget that Trump issued an Executive Order on 12 Sept 2018 imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election. The DNI, FBI, John Durham (Special Counsel) and the DOJ could be the sleepers in this fiasco as they have remained silent.
It is possible the 3000m steeple chase race is now at the 1500m mark and the outcome remains an unknown.
