    Hi All,
On a more serious note, the idea that Rosen would be involved in the sort of process outlined above , is beyond satire.
Basically he comes across as a pretty honest, black letter lawyer.
His month of being acting AG seemed to involve a lot of saying no to Trump and his acolytes.

But , it is worth having a look at what a sealed indictment means.
Indictment just means a person is accused of a crime, and can be sent for trial.
Secrecy is used to avoid forewarning the suspect , and others who may be involved.
As soon as someone is arrested , the indictment is opened.
It does not mean someone is guilty of a crime, it means there is enough evidence to commit them for trial.
So the first thing that has to happen after arrest , is that they need to appear before a court.
And on the continental US , if they are civilians , that means a civil court.
Lots of Q garbage written about picking up lots of '' deep state '' actors , military tribunals , summary judgments and sentences ,meaningless drivel.
Civil courts , with all the constitutional protections associated with that, regardless of the crime involved, are what happens.
Now, you could , of course, have an illegal military coup, but whatever other faults the US might have , a politically biased military isn't one of them. Any attempt at a coup would be crushed mercilessly.
My bet is that there are likely to be a lot of sealed indictments floating around , but the people who probably have the most to fear from this process, are the various right wing ''patriot'' types who were involved with the congress invasion.
