I've been looking more closely and I'm pretty sure Biden will AT BEST get 187 Electoral College votes.
This assumes he takes the following states and districts in order of likelihood:
District Columbia
Hawaii
California
Massachusetts
Maryland
Vermont
New York
Illinois
Washington
Rhode Island
New Jersey
Connecticut
Delaware
Oregon
New Mexico
If the current trends continue and Biden and the DNC don't change strategy then Trump could take New Mexico as well (and possibly Oregon although that is quite a stretch). Whilst it's extremely unlikely, even Biden's home state of Delaware could fall if there's an October surprise (and I'm pretty sure Trump and his team are planning a juicy one ).
I think Trump is safe to secure at least 351 electoral college votes and all the rest would be cream.
