For tapeworms I heard that one should not eat for four days and then breathe in deeply the vapours of a dead rat. Entices the little buggars right out apparently.
But your regimen should take care of all that.
However as comforting as it may be to know that you are regularly bombarding your intestinal parasites with the pharmaceutical equivalent of a nuclear weapon, I'm quite sure you are not the slightest bit protected from covid 19 until you get double vaxxed.
