No, I didn't make that assumption at all. I said the study wasn't about present use of ivermectin. The study was comparisons of the 19 countries that particpated in the ivermectin river blindness treatment and 35 countries that didn't.
Aims:
Our study aimed to describeSARS-CoV2 infection and death rates in African countries that participated in an intensive Ivermectin mass campaign carried out to control onchocerciasis and compare them with those of countries that did not participate.
In any case, that data was December 2020. I gave you updated conclusions as of July 28 2021.
