Read the link again. You ask questions that have been answered in the links. I can lead you to the answers but you have to make some effort or you will never learn.
I read the link from your unofficial website. It says:
The ICMR had recommended the use of the anti-malaria drug as a preventive treatment against COVID-19 for asymptomatic healthcare workers in non-COVID hospitals, frontline personnel deployed in containment zones, and paramilitary/police officials involved in coronavirus infection-related activities.
Here is the official ICMR website. I made the effort to go over it to validate the claim from your unoffical website. It can't be validated.
https://www.icmr.gov.in/cpapers.html
So if you can verify it from the official website then fine. I am aware that the claims are false from other efforts I have made.
I think you need to get a grip and look at the numbers. 230 million people 23,000 deaths.
Does it actually matter who took it when?
Even a blind plank of wood knows it does.
If there were only 116 people who took Ivermectin, how can those numbers you give be even considered as a proper trial?
If 2000 took Ivermectin, how could it be even considered as a proper trial?
Soooooo how many people took Ivermectin?
Again, here is the official government website. Validate the unofficial website by showing where the official website says:
