At least one other woman I knew had a child born without much of a brain. I guess if that child lived, it might have grown up to be a commentator on a stock market chat thread...

The parents in that case decided not to abort, due to their religious beliefs. I don't know how that ended up, as I lost contact with the family when I moved to a different city. I suspect the child died before turning 5, as it was a pretty severe medical problem.
