yes, a few I would consider as worthy and as achievers

Not many. But, a handful of standouts in life.

None of which stood looking like politicians at all - nothing like it.

About half are dead and gone now. Their work done. Many of their achievements live on.

We get all wordy about 'achievers' etc - but, the reality of it is that the cemetery is full of indispensable people.

I judge by several things. One of which is if I would like to have had dinner with certain people.

The answer comes back yes or no - very clearly.
