I'm not betting much on the electoral election winner in your screenshot as yet. Mostly betting on the popular vote winner and state results currently.

When I say I'm waiting to go all in that means as events unfold getting closer to the election like debate, ect. I'm not as interested in odds as surety. For example I have bets that Biden won't be impeached before election at low odds but it's like money in the bank.
