in relation to palestine - there would be no real difference between trump or harris .. and if arabs/muslims just stay home on election day - that could swing the erection to donald ..

and despite all the praises heaped upon joe at the dnc (watso cannot wait till he is dead, so he can find out what a wonderful person he had been during his life ie fatso watso ) .. - joe has been a disastrous president for america - and harris was a part of that administration .. so expect the same ..

Goldman Sachs says Kamala Harris, Democrats better for economy than Trump

Wall Street giant Goldman Sachs says a win for Kamala Harris and Democrats in November would be better for your pocketbook than if former President Trump succeeds in getting back to the White House.
A report from the investment bank suggests Harris’ plan to assist middle class Americans and small business would increase consumer spending and create tens of thousands of jobs every month.
The boost would narrowly outweigh any negative impact of possible higher taxes Democrats might implement for the wealthy and big business, especially if they control Congress and block extending Trump’s giant 2017 tax cut.
“If Democrats sweep, new spending and expanded middle-income tax credits would slightly more than offset lower investment due to high corporate tax rates, resulting in a very slight boost to [gross domestic product] growth,” Goldman wrote in the note to investors.
The Goldman report came as Harris headed to New Hampshire Wednesday to unveil a new economic plan to boost small businesses.
The vice president wants to expand from $5,000 to $50,000 tax incentives for small business startup expenses, with the goal of eventually spurring 25 million new small business applications over four years.
On the other hand, the report predicts Trump’s economic policies would hurt the economy, especially his signature proposal for much higher tariffs on imported goods.
“We estimate that if Trump wins in a sweep or with divided government, the hit to growth from tariffs and tighter immigration policy would outweigh the positive fiscal impulse,” Goldman analysts wrote.
The Trump tariffs would effectively amount to an inflationary jolt to consumers’ bottom line, and could help spur an economic slowdown. It would likely cost the gross domestic product about 0.5% in growth, a negative headwind that would persist throughout 2025.
Under a president Harris, job growth would be 10,000 a month higher than if Trump wins with a divided government and 30,000 higher if the GOP controls the White House and both chambers of Congress, according to Goldman.
The Wall Street firm’s assessment could come as a surprise to voters, who generally give Trump and the Republicans an edge when it comes to handling the economy and inflation.
A recent Reuters/Ipsos poll said 43% of voters trust Trump more on the economy compared to 40% for Harris. That edge is significantly narrower than the lead Trump enjoyed over President Biden, whom many voters blamed for historically high inflation on his watch.
Goldman also says Trump’s hardline proposals on immigration and the southern border could have a dramatic negative impact on the economy, while it predicts the more flexible approach from Democrats would be a net positive.
Economic studies generally say immigration is a key driver of American economic growth.
Immigrants tend to be younger and likely to spend more of their paychecks than native-born Americans, boosting both the labor market and spending.
Goldman says any crackdown on undocumented migrants could damage the nation’s bottom line by reducing those engines of growth.

the reality is that america needs these people .. the system ensures that these "illegal" migrants, pay their taxes - but do not get much in the way of benefits ...

in relation to Venezuelan illegals .. trump created the circumstances (ie sanctions - and the brits stole their gold) to encourage these peoples to leave their homeland..

ASHINGTON − Daigre Thomas was "undecided" over whether she'd vote this November until Kamala Harris replaced President Joe Biden atop the Democratic ticket.
Now, the newly energized Connecticut health care worker is ready to cast her ballot for the vice president − part of a major swing to Harris among Black, Hispanic and low-income Americans, according to a new USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll.

Low income voters − those making less than $20,000 a year − now support Harris over former President Donald Trump, 58%-35%, the biggest jump among all groups, according to the poll. It is a reversal from June, when Trump, at 39%, was three points ahead of Biden, at 36% with voters of this economic group.

Overall, Harris leads Trump, 48%-43%, according to the poll, which has a margin of error of 3.1%.
Thomas, who is Black, said Harris’ upbringing in a working-class neighborhood was cause for confidence. “We don't have to tell her anything. She knows what's going on,” she said. “She's part of us so I think she's gonna look out for us, especially the kids.”
Although her policy details have been sparse, Harris has talked about plans to increase housing affordability, raising the child care tax credit and addressing what she called price gouging on groceries.

Kamala Harris surges with younger voters
The poll's overall findings reflect an eight-point turnaround in the race from late June, when Trump led Biden. Throughout the year, Biden trailed Trump by anywhere from half a percentage point to almost four points.
Harris’ slight lead is fueled by demographic groups including Black and Hispanic voters. Aside from low-income voters, Harris is also popular among moderate-income voters, those who make less than $50,000. With this group, Harris leads Trump by three points, 47%-44%, according the poll.

People who make less than $20,000 a year tend to be very young voters − those who are just starting out in the workplace or finishing their education − or older voters who are on a fixed income, said David Paleologos, director of the Suffolk University Political Research Center.
Harris' favorability rating with this group leaped 16 points, from 37% in June to 53%, in August.
The Democratic National Convention offered voters a chance to learn more about Harris and helped raise Harris' profile, Paleologos said. Since the poll was completed after the convention, it explains some of the gains in Harris' popularity, he said.

“For the older people who may sit at home and watch TV, they were shaped by opinions of her through the eyes of Michelle Obama and Bill Clinton," he said.

The Harris team's savvy use of social media has helped generate buzz among younger voters, Paleologos said.
Black voters also seem to be energized by Harris’s candidacy. Their support for Harris leaped 17 percentage points over Biden, from 47 points to 64 points.
But the most significant rise came from among lower-income voters.
Two months ago, John Pike, a retiree from Madison, Wisconsin, who makes $18,000 a year, had no intention of voting in the presidential election.
