Every single time Assad has the war won the west call for a ceasefire and talks. Then the use those talks to regroup, rearm and re-engage. Every single time. If i was Assad i would even offer talks.
Ok, but your position is that the US led forces of darkness have sabotaged the peace talks via the chemical weapons attack.
So if they sabotage the talks & they don't proceed, they cannot use them to 'regroup, rearm and re-engage'.
So again; who has the most motivation to sabotage the talks?
