    Trump needs to survive COVID without too much additional mental fog before anyone needs to think too much about pardons.

    My reading of Biden's personality is that he would be much more likely to pardon Trump (for the sake of national unity) than Harris.

    Don Jr., Ivanka, Eric and Jared are not likely receive pardons from either Biden or Harris.

    Presidential pardons don't cover violations of state law.
