So with Trump's first speech going well, bond yields increased dramatically overnight. This obviously isn't good news for TCL and SYD as they've been considered bond proxies for a while now.
Looking at past data, the dividend yield for the last 10 years was around 5.5% prior to 2014, when it started decreasing to 4.5 and 4%.
Management have indicated a full year dividend of around 50.5c, so based on a 5.5% yield, this values us at $9.18.
