    Without going into too much detail does the assumption that bond yields will mean revert at some point not destroy the company's valuation?

    I mean given the company is almost purely debt funded and the valuation is reliant on future growth (regardless of the certainty of this growth) would a movement in the 10 year bond rate significantly impact the the value of this business?
