I just wanted to add this here, too. If this stock, growing at 10% p.a. with a 5% dividend yield on a Price/FCF valuation of 20x was in healthcare or mining, it would likely be trading 50% higher (see CSL, P/E of 30). As madamswer pointed out, TCL is good value at this price.
