you are forgetting the MASSIVE debt that TCL is carrying.
the cost of paying it off will rise as interest rates and bond yields rise.
and they haven't been paying it off much as they fork out almost all their earnings
out as dividends. in fact some dividends funded out of debt as dividends some years
have been higher than earnings per share
too many companies have come unstuck because of too much debt.
