Who is responsible for the response to a health crisis that threatens to cripple a national economy, kill more than 150,000 citizens and result in millions of people out of work.

Surely not the President?

He's too busy discrediting the scientists,(Fauci and now Birx) because the truth and facts are not good for someone who is totally focused on re-election.
