Made in jest. It was more about "That’s more than twice Russia’s 2017 defense budget, which was $61 billion. If the treasure does materialize, the Russian government will receive half of the recovered amount" should they ever bring the ship to surface. So putin just got a $65b illion dollar bonus, to do with it as he wishes. The jest part came from how insane some of the accusations coming from the left of center on a daily basis. What I really wanted to do was have a cartoon with putin giving the President the world cup football and President Trump giving back the nuclear football as a trade. Just keeping my humor intact even if it only amuses myself. I was also surprised not to have seen something similar from the leftish+++ press.
