I am more concerned about "isolationist/populist" politicians emerging everywhere to bring the world economy into the gutter as well.

As I see it these (so called) right wing identities are essentially touting the same agenda as the loony end of the (so called) left ....... that is protectionist tariffs and autocratic governments letting people what they can and cannot do.

So what is the actual problem for those who look back at the 50's , 60's and the pre-inflation end of the 70's with envy? The answer is decades of asset price inflation ...... namely housing bubbles. Families? What families? Two parent's must now work as slaves to a bank for their whole lives to pay off tiny brick venereals , flats , ugly terraces and like in any major capital you pick. The cross hairs of both right and left wing politicians (if those terms actually mean anything) need to point in the direction of real estate bubbles rather than global trade IMHO.

Where to from here? Well Bepe Grillo and 5 Stars are about to win a referendum in Italy and most probably an election. This may prove to be a trigger event for something bad.

    cheers
